This sound piece was created as part of an invitation extended by the cultural association Grémio Caldense in collaboration with the artistic collective Osso (Caldas da Rainha, Portugal). The invitation was to participate in the "Eira - Radio Platform for Artistic Residencies" series. Produced in 2020 during the midst of a pandemic, when everyone was confined to their individual spaces, the aim of the invitation was to present a solo piece specifically created within this unique context.

The title of the piece, "Eu só quero empreendimentos amorosos" (I just want love ventures), is a quote from the book "A Torre da Barbela" by Ruben A, a beloved Portuguese author. It was recorded inside an old empty swimming pool to capture the surrounding soundscape. Additionally, this sound piece incorporates some field recordings of my daily walks at that time.
